Tell us a bit about yourself, what you do and how you came to IEBS
I have a degree in Administration and I have a Diploma in Lean Management from ITBA. More than 10 years ago I started two of my own ventures, the first is a children’s party room and the second; a children’s clothing store, but I decided to close it when I had my first child. Currently, and for 8 years I am dedicated to consulting in Management and processes. I am a director of Axonier, a local consultancy that has been in the market for 10 years and we work with leading companies. I became interested in IEBS because I wanted to continue adding knowledge, experiences and relationships since I believe that this is what makes us grow and evolve.
Tell us a little about your final project, do you plan to apply it in your work life?
My goal when starting the course was to be able to capitalize on all the concepts to be able to propose a transformation strategy within Axonier. For this reason, I will present my final project with everything I need and then put it into practice.
Do you have a new project in mind?
Right now I am focused on the motherhood of my third daughter, and I am also taking the opportunity to continue training, in this way, to go back to work next year and to be able to continue adding and adding value both personally and for the company.
Is the program useful to you?
Yes, although at the moment I have not been able to apply what I have learned. But with total security I will take the concepts of the program to make changes and evolve our services in the company as soon as I join again.
Do you consider that you are prepared to face the new technological changes that come in the future in a satisfactory way, thanks to the program?
I believe that the program provides certain tools but it is necessary to continue working on them so as not to stop evolving.

Has it been easy for you to combine your studies with your working life?
It has been made a bit difficult for me by the fact of recent motherhood, but it is useful to be able to manage the schedules and be able to do it online. If that is true, it would have helped me to have some classes to connect to at fixed times in order to review concepts and discuss them in a more “face-to-face” way.
What would you recommend to a person who is in the same situation as you?
Possibly take a 50% remote and 50% “face-to-face” program.
And finally, to finish, how is your time at school being? What do you keep?
I consider that the topics covered are interesting, current and one of the things I like the most is the possibility of attending webinars and talks of interest, beyond the program I am studying.
